Instructions: respond to this case study this is about ethics and how you would approach this situation staying within the ethic guidelines and nursing case study #2 - your employee who works in the claims department comes to you with a problem. he was looking at the paperwork on a recent claim for a patient who had a traumatic brain injury from a mugging, and required an adjustment to her anti-anxiety medications. noting her unusual name, he checked her employment information and realized she is his 7 year old daughter’s teacher. he comes to you as his “boss” to ask how he can reveal this information in order to protect his daughter.
